Remote and on-site technical support for your business

We help with issues affecting devices, users, networks and servers. ComredIT combines remote assistance, on-site visits and ticket tracking; scope and coverage are agreed around your operation.

Technical support

The problem this addresses

Some faults can be investigated remotely; others need someone to inspect the device or network on site. Separating these situations helps route the request instead of passing it between suppliers.

What we can assess with you

User assistance

Access problems, device faults and everyday work tools. Explain the symptoms and when they started; do not send passwords.

Remote or on site

Remote assistance covers issues that can be investigated at a distance. Physical work depends on the agreed location, access arrangements and availability.

Case tracking

A ticket brings together the issue, its impact and actions taken. Keep the reference number when following up on an existing request.

How we approach the work

  1. Describe the impact

Explain which system is affected, how many people are involved and whether work has stopped.

  2. Agree the intervention

We review what can be handled remotely and what needs a visit or another provider.

  3. Review the resolution

Actions are recorded and follow-up recommendations identified where appropriate.

Scope before you commit

For a quotation, tell us your user count, locations, devices and operating hours. Parts, licences, out-of-scope work and visits are not automatically included.
