Can you replace an Excel-based process?
We can assess how to turn it into a system. Rules, data and exceptions need review first; copying a spreadsheet onto a screen is not enough.
Is maintenance included?
Only when specified in the proposal. Fixes, enhancements, hosting and support need explicit conditions.
Who owns the code and data?
Ownership, handover, licences and data access must be agreed in writing before work starts.
